  • The Board of Directors
  • On May 11, 1995, the Sponsoring municipalities created the Master Municipal Construction Documents Association (MMCDA) a non profit association to support the MMCD. The governing Board of MMCDA consists of:
    • Two representatives from each foundering partner organization
    • One member from MED Executive appointed as Chair
    • One representative from a Sponsoring Municipality
    • Two members from the BC Roadbuilders and Heavy Construction Association
    • Two members from the Consulting Engineers of BC.
    • Two representatives from the Provincial Government
    • Past Chair
    • Other representatives as appointed by the Board
    • The Executive Director
  • Organization of the MMCDA
  • The MMCDA is an extensive network of stakeholding parties.
  • Annual Reporting by the Board
  • The MMCDA Board prepares an annual report as follows:
    • A summary of past activities of the Board
    • A report on the extent of use of the documents
    • An outline of the next years program
    • An annual budget and a fee structure to support the coming year’s program
    • A five year projected budget showing fee implications
