MMCDA Certified Referees and Contract Administrators are recognized for combining practical expertise and education in working with the MMCD Documents and practices.

Certification includes submitting an application for consideration, successful completion of the proscribed MMCD Educational Course, and finally a proctored exam scored by the Referee Certification Committee or Education Committee of MMCDA.

Those individuals who successfully complete these activities contribute their knowledge and experience to the overall success of municipal infrastructure projects throughout the Province.
