This year's spring session will be focused on Development Cost Charges (DCC's). Important for every municipality, DCCs provide a way for municipalities to fund infrastructure capacity improvements necessitated by development related growth. For this session, MED has arranged an exciting panel of speakers who will participate in an interactive Q&A session.
New for 2017, there will be an interactive online webinar option for members outside of the Lower Mainland to participate in the session remotely.
The lineup of speakers includes:
- Bill Buholzer, LL.B, Young Anderson Barristers and Soliciters
- Joshua Criag, CPA, CGA, Ministry of Community, Sport and Cultural Development
- Fraser Smith, P.Eng., City of Surrey
