Master Municipal Construction Documents Association

Courses

The MMCD Association offers a number of informative, educational training courses and certifications to help you and your team excel on every project you work on. Each course is offered once or twice a year, and we schedule additional sessions if there is enough demand. We can also travel to your location if your organization can guarantee a minimum 15 students

Our most popular course is the Certified Contract Administrator session, which you can learn more about on our CCA Hub. We also offer dozens of free video courses and training to help our MMCD community and to inform those who are interested in working with our documents.

Visit our courses calendar to see when our next training opportunity is offered.

Public Works Inspection Course

This course is targeted at experienced inspectors, so it does not cover the "mechanics" of the inspection role, such as reading drawings, taking samples or doing tests. This course is a presentation on the administrative aspects of the inspector's job with the intent of clarifying the inspectors obligations, rights and responsibilities on an MMCD contract.
